Sturgeon broiled quickly and then finished in Romanescu sorta sauce with Cabbage, Onions, Garlic & Almonds pureed with Bernie's Cider Vinegar & Olive Oil. Also Salsa, Tomato Paste, Anchovies, Water, Salt
Heart of Romaine Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
