Chicken and Artichoke Chicken Thighs Sauteed skin side down in Olive Oil & Butter removed and fat poured off. Leeks, Onions, grated Garlic, Salt, & Artichokes (cleaned and cut into eighths) sauteed. Chicken retuned to pan skin side up Chicken Stock added and Baked at 355 for 30 minutes
