Pasta Shoppe Chicken Turnover @ work

Rouge Chicken chopped and sauteed (Breasts held out) w/ Leeks, Onions, Carrots, Garlic, Bay Thyme, Fennel, Vermouth, Soy, Stock, Water
Strained then more Carrots, Garlic, Leeks, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley, Rice & Chicken Breasts
Heart of Romaine & Arugula Salad
