Congee w/ Chicken cooked in stock w/ Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Ginger, Parsley, Thyme, Salt, Soy, Red Wine, Tomato Paste, Leeks, Onions strained and meat taken off the bone. Jasmine Rice, Stock, Carrots, Ginger Edamame, Soy, Salt w/ Peanuts & Green Onions
