Oyster Po-Boy @ Cafe Rouge


Pork Cutlets breaded w/ flour, Soul Food Farm eggs, and Panko sauteed in Olive Oil & Butter w/ Lemon wedge
Roasted Riverdog Spring Onions tossed w/ Olive OIl & Salt (roasted 20 minutes @ 425) then Dino Kale tossed w/ Olive Oil and Salt added for 10 more minutes.
Massa Organics Brown Rice
