Blue Hubbard Squash with stuffing

I cut the squash and cleaned it then roasted it for 45 minutes at 375. Prepared stuffing with Acme Pain de Mie cubes, sauteed Fifth Quarter Breakfast sausage, Leeks, and Red Peppers, roasted squash from "lid" and Maitake mushrooms, toasted pecans, sage, rosemary, thyme, salt, Kampot black pepper, three eggs mixed with two cups chicken stock. Add stuffing to squash and back at 350 for an hour.
