Leftover Glazed Chicken Thigh

Seared Scallops with candied Kumquats atop
Roasted Butternut Squash & Dino Kale. Squash cubed and tossed w/ Olive OIl, Agave Nectar & Yama Soyu roasted for 20 minutes at 425 then topped with the Dino Kale (aka Lacinato Kale or Cavolo Nero) destemmed and tossed with Olive Oil & Salt and roasted for another 15 minutes
Heart of Romaine Salad
