I was thinking of how to make the Halibut I got at Monterey Fish and had decided to do it en Papilotte w/ fennel, garlic, basil, tomatoes, shallots, salt & black pepper and then at 6:45 we got a phone call and Anita said that Joe was coming over. She went out to the Bowl to get another Halibut filet and I thought appetizer course... I've got some leftover brown rice & some English Peas. Put them together, added an egg. Opps... not really coming together. Put them in the Cuisineart and pulsed it a couple of times. Perfect. Then made a sauce w/ cucumber, preserved lemons, mint & goat's milk keffir. Wrapped the fish w/ the fennel mix and roasted. Had some Castelvetrano Olives and Redwood Farms Cameo cheese & Acme Baguette. Then for dessert strawberries & blueberries from the Farmer's Market w/ Cream, Creme Fraiche & Sugar.
