Strawberry Shortcake w/ Whipped Cream 1/4 cup Pecans toasted and ground w/ 3 Tablespoon Sugar w/ 1 3/4 cups Flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder in mixer bowl w/ paddle then 6 Tablespoons Butter diced and chilled in freezer then 3/4 cup Cream added then turned onto board and cut into rounds cooked at 375 degrees on parchment paper with strawberries and cream w/ sugar & creme fraiche
