Egg Salad Sandwich @ home
Roasted Chicken Thighs & Broccoli w/ Preserved Lemons, Anchovies, Olive Oil, Salt, & Black Pepper
Cut into florets and 3/4" chucks of chicken mixed w/ minced preserved lemons and anchovies w/ olive oil, salt & black pepper and roasted on a sheet pan covered w/ parchment paper for 24 minutes at 425 degrees. This was very good.
Served over Massa Organic Brown Rice.
