Little Gem Salad
Chicken thighs with spring onions & pineapple
Cut everything into pieces and mixed with olive oil, yama soyu, Bernie's cider vinegar, cumin, allspice, and alleppo pepper. Roasted at 425 for 25 minutes. Served with shredded basil.
