Chicken Thighs, Mayocapo Beans, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Pureed Dry Farmed Early Girl Tomatoes, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Oregano, Pretty Dog Hot Sauce, and Chicken Stock over Jasmine Rice with Pesto with Basil, Spring Onion tops, Cerignola Olives, Garlic, Koji, Olive Oil, Preserved Lemon
I then took the leftover chicken, rice and mixed it with the beans and shredded Cafe Rouge ham hock that was cooked with the beans and some Fifth Quarter Green Chili Sausage and I'll be cooking that up cassoulet style tomorrow
